 Jeremy Gilbert, assistant professor at Medill, Northwestern University, discusses how journalism schools are adjusting to the new media landscape. He says Medill has reached out to Northwestern's computer science department to explore where new technologies can take journalism. Although the current market is not easy, Gilbert says there are opportunities available for those who embrace new media and technology.
