Building the House of the Future

As energy prices continue to rise, more and more businesses are finding it necessary to offer consumers energy efficient alternatives. The housing market is not exception. Troy Wragg, president and CEO of Mantria Corp, discusses his new project - Mantria Place - a unique energy efficient housing community, which is currently being developed in Tennesse.  By 2011, over 4,500 homes sites will be available, offering consumers all the comforts of a traditional home, but only a fraction of the cost of traditional energy bills.
