Gerry Storch - OurBlook Editor

OurBlook's editor, Gerry Storch, is an accomplished reporter and editor. From 1986 to 2001, Gerry served as the night news editor, business editor and sports editor of Gannett News Service, working out of USA Today's headquarters in northern Virginia. Previously, he worked for the Detroit News editing the Accent section and leading a team of eight investigative reporters. He also worked for the Miami Herald, the Associated Press in Richmond and Philadelphia, and interned at the Detroit Free Press. He served as a junior officer in the Navy and earned a B.A. in political science and M.A. in journalism from the University of Michigan.

Paul Mongerson - OurBlook Founder
For nearly 30 years, Mr. Mongerson has had an avocational interest in the news media. An engineer, businessman (chairman and CEO of Fortune 500 company Stanadyne Inc.) and inventor (10 patents), he is the author of the journalism textbook "The Power Press: Its Impact on America and What You Can Do About It" from Fulcrum Publishing.

* Our exclusive interview with Gordon Crovitz, former publisher of the Wall Street Journal, now appears on our site with his views about how papers can make money from their web sites.

* We have begun three blooks ... online books synthesized from contributor interviews ... on our three focus topics of the future of journalism, health care reform and U.S. energy issues.
